ABB Motor Introduction: Y2EJ series 3-phase asynchronous motor with electro-magnetic brake（frame size H71-200, output 0.18kW-37kW）is the improved product of YEJ series motor. Its electric performances, mounting dimensions, degree of protection IP54 (or IP55), insulation class F, are the same as that of Y2 series of motor. Its performance of brake has also been improved accordingly.
Y2EJ series 3-phase asynchronous motor with electro-magnetic brake can realize rapid braking after power failure. The rapid braking time is less than 0.15s for Y2EJ-71-90 motor, and less than 0.20s for Y2EJ-180-200 motor, respectively. This series of motor can realize slow braking by changing the wire connection in terminal box. This series of motor features high efficiency, low noise, and reliable braking as ABB Motor does in this field.
The production is designed based on supply 50HZ (60HZ on request), 380V (400V, 500V, 550V on request), the common connection : power below 3kW is star (Y) connection, above 4kW is delta (D) connection, the operational environment: ambient temperature not exceeding 40℃，altitude not exceeding 1000m above sea level, if there is special environmental condition, please specify when ordering.
